Digital Art

I have taught digital design since 1985, I didn’t buy the first Macintosh but the next year Apple came out with a 300 dpi b&w laser printer and I was hooked. I believe I have purchased 90% of all Mac models made. I even bought Mac clones (bad choice). I began with b&w bit mapped art with MacPaint. I beta tested Adobe Illustrator 88, also beta tested the first PhotoShop. I’ve stayed with the Adobe products up until the cloud based applications. I don’t like the cloud.

Digital art has come along way but still has far to go, even thirty years later, it is still a very young art media.
